About the Role: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team in the B2B space. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong career trajectory in inside sales. As an SDR, you will focus on lead generation, engage with potential customers, and qualify sales opportunities for our sales teams. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct lead generation efforts in a B2B environment to identify potential customers. • Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other channels. • Assist the sales team in building and nurturing customer relationships. • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with prospects. • Meet monthly lead generation and qualification targets. • Work closely with sales leadership to strategize on improving lead conversion rates.
