Job Summary

The AI Program Manager will lead AI-driven transformation initiatives across portfolio companies and internally within Kedaara. This role is pivotal in identifying AI opportunities, shaping strategic roadmaps, prioritizing project implementation, and ensuring achieved business outcomes. The individual will act as a bridge between technology and business, fostering an environment for success in AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI use cases across portfolio companies and within Kedaara.
• Build phased AI roadmaps to align with organizational goals.
• Drive pilots and implement scaled AI solutions effectively.
• Coordinate efforts with management teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Lead adoption strategies and change management processes to integrate AI solutions.
• Ensure measurable business outcomes from AI implementations and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8–15 years in transformation, consulting, program leadership, enterprise technology, digital, or AI-related roles.
• Understanding of AI: Strong understanding of AI technologies and applications with a deep curiosity for the field.
• Business Operations: Proficient understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze workflows.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading cross-functional transformations in medium to large organizations.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
• Execution Focus: Practical, structured, and delivery-focused with a strong emphasis on execution discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Backgrounds in consulting, enterprise transformation, or AI/analytics/automation program leadership.
• Experience in roles focused on strategy execution within private equity operating or value creation contexts.
• Additional skills in driving training, practical enablement, and adoption of AI tools.
