HR Business Partner
Job Summary
The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The successful candidate will assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicate needs proactively with our HR department and business management, and develop integrated solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with management to develop HR strategies that advance the business goals and objectives.
- Act as a consultant to line management on HR initiatives, issues, and policies.
- Identify and resolve employee relations issues by conducting effective, objective investigations.
- Work with management to create a high-performance culture and develop leadership capabilities.
- Provide guidance on talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development.
- Implement appropriate HR services and initiatives to support business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at various organizational levels.
- Proven experience with HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (preferred).
- Certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
