Assess impact of such<br /> activities and coordinate with Central teams to plan and execute responses<br />  Identify &amp;amp; effectively implement Key initiatives at regional level in the areas of Market<br /> Development, Distribution expansion &amp;amp; Sales Operation<br />  Design and implement key performance metrix for the team for driving business<br /> performance and having the analytical approach towards periodic review of team on these<br /> leading and lagging indicators<br />  To work with the ASMs and the HR team on recruiting, building and nurturing a performance<br /> driven Sales team</div> <div> To work with the Central HR and Training teams in driving capability building initiatives for<br /> the Front Line Sales Force and Sales Executives through training programs on Product<br /> Knowledge, Selling Skills and others</div> <div>Candidate Profile and Functional Competencies: -<br />  Seasoned sales professionals with experience of working with FMCG companies operating in<br /> Nutra Care. Past experience of handling channels viz. Chemist, General Stores and Self<br /> Service would be important<br />  The candidate must be adept at sales and distribution planning and should have handled a<br /> team in the past and in his current role<br />  Prior experience of a minimum of 5 years in Modern Trade in FMCG as an ASM/RSM is a<br /> must<br />  Experience of working on Sales digital platforms would be an advantage.
