possesses a good understanding of Offline (MT) business. The role holder will be responsible for<br />
strategizing and driving business expansion into new territories, building &amp; leading a high-<br />
performing team across the region. The incumbent would be leading complete sales &amp; distribution<br />
and administrative responsibility for the region.<br />

<div>Roles and Responsibilities: -<br />
Heading sales operations and customer management for the region and to deliver business<br />
plan in line with the growth aspiration of the organization<br />
Responsible for planning and achieving monthly sales target for geographies within the<br />
region and lead &amp; assist ASMs in delivering Primary and Secondary numbers<br />
Study market and proactively keep track of competition products, pricing, key activities and<br />
new launches through market contact plans for self and team. Assess impact of such<br />
activities and coordinate with Central teams to plan and execute responses<br />
Identify &amp; effectively implement Key initiatives at regional level in the areas of Market<br />
Development, Distribution expansion &amp; Sales Operation<br />
Design and implement key performance metrix for the team for driving business<br />
performance and having the analytical approach towards periodic review of team on these<br />
leading and lagging indicators<br />
To work with the ASMs and the HR team on recruiting, building and nurturing a performance<br />
driven Sales team</div>
<div> To work with the Central HR and Training teams in driving capability building initiatives for<br />
the Front Line Sales Force and Sales Executives through training programs on Product<br />
Knowledge, Selling Skills and others</div>
<div>Candidate Profile and Functional Competencies: -<br />
Seasoned sales professionals with experience of working with FMCG companies operating in<br />
Nutra Care. Past experience of handling channels viz. Chemist, General Stores and Self<br />
Service would be important<br />
The candidate must be adept at sales and distribution planning and should have handled a<br />
team in the past and in his current role<br />
Prior experience of a minimum of 5 years in Modern Trade in FMCG as an ASM/RSM is a<br />
must<br />
Experience of working on Sales digital platforms would be an advantage. The candidate<br />
should be able to use data analysis to support business planning and monitor performance<br />
MBA degree would be preferred</div>
