Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer who will be instrumental in delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires a thorough knowledge of Apex, Salesforce Lightning, and custom development. The candidate will lead technical implementations while ensuring adherence to best practices in configuration, customization, and integration, contributing to the organization's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce.com and Salesforce Lightning Framework.
• Develop using Apex Classes, Standard Controllers, Custom Controllers, and Test Classes.
• Build and customize Salesforce applications utilizing standard objects, custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows.
• Work on Experience Cloud and Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Drive the technical solution approach, perform code reviews, and adhere to Agile methodology.
• Implement Chatbot functionalities utilizing LWC.
• Write robust Apex controllers and test classes, ensuring 80%+ code coverage.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
• 6+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Apex, Classes, Controllers, Workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning (LWC) and Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and strong client engagement abilities.

Experience

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce and 6+ years of overall software engineering.
