Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Retail Expansion Strategy: Develop and implement a robust retail expansion strategy in line with company objectives.

Market Mapping & Research: Identify potential geographies, markets, and catchment areas for new stores through thorough research and data analysis.

Location Identification: Source, evaluate, and finalize retail properties in high-potential locations (high streets, malls, tier 1–3 cities).

Negotiations & Closures: Lead lease negotiations with landlords, mall developers, and property owners to secure favorable commercial terms.

Network Development: Build and maintain relationships with property consultants, brokers, developers, and landlords for a steady pipeline of opportunities.

Project Coordination: Work closely with design, projects, and operations teams for timely store fit-outs and launches.

Financial Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies including ROI analysis, sales projections, rental benchmarks, and break-even timelines for each site.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies during property acquisition and agreements.

Expansion Metrics: Track, analyze, and report expansion progress, ensuring store rollouts are completed within timelines and budgets.
