Managing the existing team of 20-25 including CH and interns 
Currently working with - more than 200 CPs (can work with ICPs, local CPs, investors 
CP meet ups training, channel partners management 
Market Strategies, ability to activate channel partners and work with ICPs and CPs
Turnover - from BKC commercial project with 1200 crs (not a must have criteria) 

Compensation - can go upto 40 LPA + incentives 
Shrutika to share the list of companies to target ppl from.. exp - 15 + and last 8 years has to be into real estate
