Job Description

Strategic Leadership:<br />
• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.<br />
• Manage and drive P&L, revenue growth, MIS management. <br />
• Drive revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets for all online sales channels.<br />
• Manage product and pricing strategy across all digital touchpoints. <br />
• Identify new opportunities for growth, including marketplaces, international expansion, and strategic partnerships.<br />
• Ability to present direction and clear reporting to the senior management weekly for all digital channels, with clearly defined monthly and annual digital goals. </div>
<div>Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition:<br />
• Work closely with the performance team to optimize paid media (Amazon, Flipkart, Qcomm, Google Ads, Meta, and affiliate programs). <br />
• Work closely with Design teams to optimise Advertising and Listing content. <br />
• Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and social commerce including influencer collaborations.<br />
• Develop and oversee CRM strategies for customer retention and engagement.</div>
<div>Operations & Analytics:<br />
• Lead e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service.<br />
• Leverage data analytics to track KPIs, customer behavior, and campaign performance.<br />
• Implement A/B testing and data-driven insights to enhance e-commerce conversion rates.</div>
<div>Team & Stakeholder Management:<br />
• Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team.<br />
• Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to streamline processes and optimize inventory management.<br />
• Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and tech vendors.<br />
