Job Description
INTERNATIONAL HIRING
Base Location: Dhaka
Product: MNT
Experience: 10 – 15 Years, with at least 4-5 years as ASM/Sr ASM
Industry: Adhesives Industry preferably from Channel Sales
Education: Graduation
Must be fluent in English & Local Language.
Area Covered: Bangladesh (at least 3 to 4 states)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Business objectives-
Overall responsibility of topline for Primary, Secondary & Tertiary sales in the region
Managing distribution network for multiple states through the team of BMs/ASMs/TEs/SSTE/Associates
Formulating, Planning, and Executing sell-out activities and other marketing programs
Driving key account management for distributors/ key dealers / key contractors
Drive overall sales and growth at unit level by meticulous planning, Indexing and driving conversions with the help of key stakeholders with optimum, inputs and resources.
Strategize and drive growth of core and focused products by identifying opportunities and analyzing trends and getting the plan implemented by the team.
Explore opportunities for gaining market share by analyzing data and trends to ensure sustainable sale potential.
Analyze data and keep track of key parameters to enhance operational effectiveness
Collections
Oversee effective money circulation with dealers to ensure timely collections and ensure no outstanding dues
Customer Centricity
Enhance consumer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timelines
Distributor Management
Maintain healthy distributor set by Identifying coverage gap areas for engagement through participation in loyalty programs and also facilitate in their value growth by planned interventions
Demand Planning
Forecast the material demand in the market appropriately to ensure availability of stock as per market demand.
Integration
Integrate with other verticals like Retail Sales, Services, Commercial and Marketing function to promote sales and service to customers.
Team Management
Work on growth and development of the reporting team by providing them with required inputs, direction and opportunities.
Productive utilization of manpower resources to drive business growths.
