Ltd.<br /> What you’ll do:<br /> <br /> Undertaking compliances under the Goods and Service Tax (GST) laws<br /> <br /> Coordinating with consultant for ensuring the tax (GST & Income tax) compliances for India territory are done on a timely manner,<br /> <br /> Closely work with global consultants and update the business team regarding any<br /> <br /> changes and its implications on the business.<br /> <br /> Review of the tax entries in the books and responsible for closing and reconciliation of the monthly tax ledgers in the books vis a vis Returns.<br /> <br /> Ensure all tax related payments to government/tax authorities are done as per the timelines in respective countries.<br /> <br /> Ensure all tax related controls and compliance are met as per the<br /> <br /> framework.<br /> <br /> Support in country tax audits GST, Income Tax, Transfer pricing by providing adequate documentation/data support/analysis of data.<br /> <br /> Handling department notices, inquiry.<br /> <br /> Ensure that all agreed KPIs in the tax process and met and effectively managed.<br /> <br /> Provide insights for a best-in class process for the tax process. A tech-savvy individual who is ready to take ownership in process improvement and process efficiencies. Work for automation of tax processes.<br /> <br /> Evaluate positions for the Company on any new update/ amendment -Liasion with CII/ DPIIT for necessary changes in the law.<br /> What we are looking for:<br /> <br /> 6-8years’ experience in Tax.<br /> <br /> Qualified Chartered Accountant only.<br /> <br /> Should be thorough with Direct and Indirect taxation.<br /> <br /> Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively (both<br /> written and verbal) with all levels within the organization<br /> <br /> Unquestioned personal integrity with strong ethics and values consistent with the organization’s culture<br /> <br /> Well-developed technical proficiency IT environment, Word, Excel and PowerPoint·<br /> <br /> Ability to run mandates autonomously and with minimum supervision.<br /> <br /> Ability to strategize and assess potential risk.<br /> <br /> Ability to coordinate with different business teams, senior management, and external<br /> counsel on multiple mandates.<br /> <br /> Excellent communication and presentation skills.<br /> <br /> Attention to detail.<br /> <br /> We’re looking for extremely strong first-principles problem solvers, who have a<br /> maker / builder within them and want to bring to life consumer insights to revolutionize the service industry
