Lead, manage, and scale the finance function across controllership, budgeting, fund accounting, and reporting. ● Ensure end-to-end financial compliance with SEBI, AMFI, RBI, and other regulatory frameworks. ● Supervise financial reporting, audits, tax planning, investor reporting, and treasury management. ● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Investments, Legal, Compliance, and Operations. ● Strengthen financial processes, systems, and controls to drive operational efficiency and accuracy. ● Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior management on strategic financial matters. ● Manage stakeholder relationships with trustees, custodians, auditors, and regulators.
