Job Summary

As a Technical Consulting Analyst within the Seating Customer Services feature team, you will play a vital role in supporting implementation teams throughout projects to ensure the smooth integration and functionality of seating features. This position involves analyzing requests, coordinating pre-and post-implementation activities, and contributing to the overall improvement and documentation of seating services.

Responsibilities

  • Support Implementation Teams: Ensure that the implementation of seating features goes smoothly and does not break production by analyzing and adjusting seating setup before cutover.
  • Handle Customer Requests: Manage post-implementation customer requests, from requirement clarifications to feature activations, ensuring alignment with airlines’ seating policies.
  • Support Industrialization of Features: Simplify seating activation processes and feature deployment to enhance the efficiency of seating implementations.
  • Deliver Customized Services: Collect and assess customer business needs against their seating configuration, recommending solutions tailored to their specific constraints.
  • Promote Professional Services: Communicate and identify service opportunities for customers to maximize the value of Professional Services within Airline IT.
  • Document and Share Knowledge: Gather and disseminate information on airlines' seating policies, project scopes, limitations, and outcomes to ensure knowledge is accessible.

Qualifications
