Job Summary

The Real Estate Business Development Manager is responsible for understanding market dynamics, evaluating deals and partners, conducting due diligence, and independently concluding transactions. The role requires sourcing plotted deals, negotiating terms with landowners, and ensuring high returns on investments, contributing significantly to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial modeling and analysis to estimate revenue, profitability, and investment returns.
  • Independently identify and source land opportunities through networking with International Property Consultants, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive deal evaluation, preparing business case proposals covering pricing, sales velocities, risk assessment, and profitability.
  • Structure and finalize deals based on thorough analysis, negotiating terms with landowners to maximize returns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with joint venture partners, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • MBA from a top business school.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in real estate business development.
  • Proven track record in closing at least 2-3 transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in conducting thorough market research and analysis.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with joint venture agreements and land valuation processes.
  • Experience in project evaluation and feasibility analysis.
