SUMMARY
We’re looking for a high-agility Operations Head to lead and scale the full backend for HIRA, our fastgrowing
clean fragrance brand. You’ll manage sourcing to fulfilment — across procurement, supply
chain, warehousing, logistics, and delivery — to ensure seamless execution, optimized costs, and
consistent customer delight.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing & Procurement:
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for raw materials, packaging, and 3P manufacturing.
Ensure timely procurement aligned to quality, cost, and scale needs.
Supply Chain Management:
Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain processes — from production scheduling to last-mile
delivery — with complete visibility and cost efficiency.
Warehousing & Inventory Management:
Set up and manage warehouse operations with accurate inventory tracking, replenishment
planning, and loss prevention. Monitor ageing and liquidation across channels.
Distribution & Logistics:
Optimize dispatches across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce. Build strong logistics
partnerships to meet SLAs, reduce RTOs, and improve delivery TATs.

Fulfilment Excellence:
Ensure smooth order flow, packaging standards, and post-order experience across formats. Build systems to automate and track fulfilment performance.
Operations Systems & Reporting:
Create and maintain dashboards for margin tracking, stock coverage, operational KPIs, and partner performance.
Cross-functional Alignment:
Collaborate with Finance, Brand, and Growth to plan demand, control costs, and support business momentum with real-time execution.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Relevant Experience:
6–10 years of experience in consumer brand operations, particularly in beauty, FMCG, or D2C sectors. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating and scaling our backend operations.
Proven Skills in Sourcing and Procurement:
Demonstrated experience in managing sourcing, procurement, and contract manufacturing is essential. The ideal candidate will have a history of building strong vendor relationships and ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Inventory and Logistics Expertise:
A deep understanding of inventory systems, warehousing workflows, and logistics SLAs is crucial. You should be adept at optimizing these processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Operational Excellence:
An obsession with operational hygiene, process discipline, and speed is necessary. We value candidates who maintain high standards and consistently seek improvements in operational processes.
Data-Driven Approach:
A data-driven mindset is a must, with the ability to execute hands-on and manage vendors effectively. You should be comfortable with using data to make informed decisions that drive operational success.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Experience in high-growth startups scaling from 0 to ₹100Cr
Familiarity with Unicommerce, ERP tools, and reconciliation workflows
Experience with multi-channel fulfilment including Q-commerce and marketplaces
