Job Summary
The HCM Consultant will be responsible for delivering expert services on Oracle HCM Cloud – Fusion & Taleo, as well as On-prem Applications such as eBusiness Suite and People'soft. This position will contribute to the organization by providing solutions to complex client challenges during implementation engagements, ensuring successful delivery and integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation engagements on Oracle HCM Cloud – Fusion, ensuring successful delivery and integration of services.
- Design solutions with a strong grasp of integration impacts on other modules and applications.
- Develop strategies for Data Migration/Conversion and Integration Architecture, while conducting Proof of Concepts.
- Utilize expertise in tools and technologies such as HDL, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Reports, Integration, and Fast Formulas.
- Foster good communication and rapport with team members and clients to enhance collaboration.
- Travel as needed, up to 50-75% of the time, to support project requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of overall experience with HCM Applications, with at least 6+ years on Oracle Cloud – Fusion.
- Strong solution designing skills with a solid understanding of integration impacts.
- Proven experience in Data Migration/Conversion and Integration Architecture.
- Expertise in relevant tools/technologies such as HDL, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Reports, and Fast Formulas.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to lead team members and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills.
- Educational qualifications could include a relevant degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related fields.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with eBusiness Suite and PeopleSoft.
- Previous roles in a consulting environment.
- Exposure to cloud services and integrated solutions.
Experience
- A minimum of 10+ years in HCM applications, with significant expertise in Oracle Cloud – Fusion implementation engagements.
Environment
This role will typically require a hybrid work setting, with opportunities for remote work combined with in-office engagements. Candidates should be open to travel as per project requirements.
