Job Description
- Designation: Zonal Head - West
- Location: Mumbai
- Reporting to: Chief Business Officer - Seemant Shukla
- The incumbent must have over 15-20 years of experience in the mutual fund space.
- The incumbent will be responsible for leading sales strategy formulation across the retail sales domain, managing sales forecasts and regional budgets, pursuing key prospects, negotiating terms, and ensuring complete adherence to processes and compliance requirements while achieving AUM targets.
- The incumbent must have a strong market presence in Mumbai and other markets in the West region, with a team presence in Mumbai, Rest of Maharashtra, and Goa.
- Compensation: Fixed: 55-60 lakhs and performance-based variable pay.
