Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth and expanding partnerships and revenue across Mumbai. This role focuses on building relationships with clients and key decision-makers, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving targeted sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales and revenue growth across commercial and infrastructure segments.
• Acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Develop strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales/business development experience.
• Strong enterprise sales and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of revenue achievement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
