Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess both technical and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
• Proven experience working with product-based or service-based clients.
• Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and others.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in contract staffing or permanent hiring.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools and recruitment analytics.

Experience

A minimum of 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment is required.
