Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate IT Recruiter who possesses strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for technology roles. The selected candidate will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for product-based or service-based organizations, contributing to the overall success and growth of our company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess both technical and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
- Proven experience working with product-based or service-based clients.
- Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and others.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in contract staffing or permanent hiring.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools and recruitment analytics.
Experience
A minimum of 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment is required.
