AVP – Performance Marketing

Gynoveda is scaling from ₹200 Cr ARR toward ₹500 Cr+ in the coming phase of growth, focusing on building a disciplined and predictable growth engine for digital customer acquisition in women's healthcare.
Job Summary
The AVP – Performance Marketing will drive the digital customer acquisition strategy across various performance marketing channels. The role is centered on building a capital-efficient growth engine that enhances lead quality, conversion, attribution, and blended Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own digital customer acquisition across channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliates.
- Generate leads for clinic and digital consultations.
- Optimize conversion funnels from lead to consultation to revenue.
- Enhance landing page conversion rates and implement creative testing frameworks.
- Manage attribution across both digital and offline conversion journeys.
- Collaborate with internal teams on CRM, remarketing, and lifecycle monetization strategies.
- Oversee budget allocation, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead internal teams and manage agency relationships to improve performance outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in performance marketing or growth leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta and Google ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage substantial acquisition budgets and achieve revenue-linked growth.
- Deep understanding of funnel conversion processes and attribution methodologies.
- Experience leading agencies and internal teams effectively.
- Familiarity with offline conversion measurement is an advantage.
- Background in healthcare, clinic-led businesses, D2C wellness, or high-intent acquisition environments preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to think in terms of CAC rather than just clicks.
- Focus on lead quality over dashboard metrics.
- Strong analytical skills to understand business conversion implications.
- Proficient in explaining performance changes and justifying spend adjustments.
Experience
- A minimum of 10 years in performance marketing with a strong growth leadership track record.
- Experience in fast-paced, founder-led environments.

The role is expected to operate in a dynamic and fast-moving environment, reporting to the founder or growth leadership, and collaborating closely with clinics, CRM, product, data, and content teams.
