Job Description

Product Management:

Pricing Strategy:

  • Formulate and execute pricing strategies that are competitive, transparent, and aligned with the goals of MOAMC.
  • Regularly assess market dynamics and competitors to optimize pricing structures for various financial products.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify pricing trends and investor preferences.

 

Place (Distribution) Management:

  • Develop and implement distribution strategies for the efficient and effective delivery of financial products and services to distributors and investors
  • Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to optimize channel management and expand market reach.
  • Develop specific approaches to target and serve different segments effectively - Tailor distribution strategies to address the needs of retail, wealth and institutional clients.
  • Work towards enhancing the company's market presence through a strategic placement of products in key distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to customize marketing approaches based on local market conditions

 

Promotion and Communication:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital platforms, traditional media, and events.
  • Build and maintain a strong brand image through consistent messaging and effective communication of our unique value proposition.
  • Implement innovative promotional strategies to differentiate MOAMC in a competitive market.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, encompassing website management, social media, online advertising, and email campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics to measure the performance of digital campaigns and adjust strategies for optimal results.
  • Develop a robust content strategy, including articles, blog posts, videos, and infographics, to educate and engage our target audience.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling and informative content that reinforces MOAMC's expertise.

 

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various initiatives.
