Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

 

• Lead monetization of Signpost ecosystem through brand partnerships.

 

• Develop and execute GTM strategies to target and onboard relevant brands, building a robust

 

sales pipeline.

 

• Manage end-to-end partnerships from pitch to closure, ensuring delivery of client objectives.

 

• Develop and implement ad sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

 

• Drive business development initiatives across traditional, digital, and integrated platforms.

 

2. Client Relationship Management

 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and brand partners.

 

• Provide innovative advertising solutions tailored to client objectives. Quickly understand the

 

various media platforms that Signpost India offers.

 

• Establish strong relationships across PSU, Agency, and Direct clients to secure sustained revenue

 

streams.

 

3. Team Leadership & Development

 

• Hire, train, and lead a team to drive business development, revenue growth, and execution

 

excellence.

 

• Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and development sessions.

 

4. Market Insights & Strategy

 

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to refine sales strategy.

 

• Prepare periodic reports and forecasts on sales performance and business pipeline.

 

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

 

• Work closely with operations, creative, and finance teams to ensure campaign delivery and

 

client satisfaction.
