Job Summary

The Analyst-I Business Process role is essential for the effective administration of London Market Insurance Policies. This position focuses on meeting service level agreements and productivity targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the policy administration of London Market Insurance Policies.
• Perform regular standard tasks with the flexibility to vary work sequencing.
• Meet Service Level Agreements and productivity targets consistently.
• Identify process efficiencies and contribute to improvements.
• Ensure accountability for customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Communication Skills: Must possess good communication skills, well-versed in English (both written and spoken).
• Work Environment: Open to working from the office as needed and willing to work in night shifts.
• Technical Skills:
  • PC literacy with basic knowledge of MS Office and email skills.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel are preferable.

Experience

• Relevant experience in business process analysis or a related field is preferred.

• Location: This position is based in Bangalore/Noida.
• Work Type: Full-time, in-office.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: 530,000.
