Job Summary

As a Platform Product Manager, you will guide the strategic direction of core platform services—including certificates, secrets, and key management—to support application development teams and align with organization-wide priorities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, SAFe teams, and product owners to shape product vision, ensure value delivery, and support budgeting and long-term planning.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision and strategic direction for security-focused platform products, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements into epics, and support business case framing.
• Partner with Research & Development (R&D) teams to validate that proposed solutions deliver value, are reusable, and align with product strategy.
• Engage internal and external customers to gather feedback, assess trends, and refine the product offering and roadmap.
• Shape investment cases, build high-level product roadmaps, and track key metrics such as adoption, cost to run, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Around 10+ years of experience in complex, global, or matrix environments, ideally in technical product management.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and evaluate the value, cost, and feasibility of proposed developments.
• Experience in strategic planning, business alignment, budgeting, and framing investment cases.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across teams.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to integrate market insights and internal feedback into product strategy.
• Demonstrates adaptability, accountability, and proactive leadership.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to balance vision, practical constraints, and long-term outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices.
• Experience in cloud technologies and security solutions.
