Startup Story Media+1Inc42 Media+1 Website: project-lithium.com Job Title: Quality Compliance Executive – Repair & Maintenance Department: Repair & Maintenance Location: Bangaluru Role Overview: The Quality Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring adherence to maintenance and repair quality standards across the EV fleet. The role includes monitoring and implementing quality processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards, and working closely with service partners, technicians, and internal stakeholders to enhance operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct routine inspections of service centers, vehicle repairs, and part replacements to verify compliance. • Conduct routine inspections/audit of fleet and keep record of all mandatory documents are present at all times throughout the fleet • Maintain and audit documentation related to repairs, preventive maintenance schedules (PMS), and technical fault reports. • Implement SOPs and checklists for service quality and ensure proper usage across internal teams and vendors. • Support the team in managing audits by internal or external stakeholders. • Maintain updated tracking sheets and daily MIS reports related to quality checks and vehicle compliance. • Assist in training technicians and supervisors on updated compliance and quality procedures. Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes (preferably EVs) • Excellent documentation and audit skills • Knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance procedures • Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, tracking sheets, and ERP/maintenance platforms • Good communication and coordination skills Human Resource Confidential • Strong attention to detail and process orientation Qualifications & Experience: • Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or related field • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Quality/Compliance in fleet management, automotive, or EV sector • Exposure to vehicle maintenance, repairs, dealership coordination, and vendor management preferred
