Startup Story Media+1Inc42 Media+1 Website: project-lithium.com Job Title: Quality Compliance Executive – Repair & Maintenance Department: Repair & Maintenance Location: Bangaluru Role Overview: The Quality Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring adherence to maintenance and repair quality standards across the EV fleet. The role includes monitoring and implementing quality processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards, and working closely with service partners, technicians, and internal stakeholders to enhance operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct routine inspections of service centers, vehicle repairs, and part replacements to verify compliance. • Conduct routine inspections/audit of fleet and keep record of all mandatory documents are present at all times throughout the fleet • Maintain and audit documentation related to repairs, preventive maintenance schedules (PMS), and technical fault reports. • Implement SOPs and checklists for service quality and ensure proper usage across internal teams and vendors. • Support the team in managing audits by internal or external stakeholders. • Maintain updated tracking sheets and daily MIS reports related to quality checks and vehicle compliance. • Assist in training technicians and supervisors on updated compliance and quality procedures.
