You will <br /> handle everything from day-to-day accounting operations to strategic financial planning, <br /> supporting business growth and profitability. <br /> Location: Full-time, on-site position, Hyderabad HQ Office  <br /> Responsibilities  <br /> ● Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop budgets, forecasts, and track key <br /> financial metrics like CAC, LTV, and gross margins. <br /> ● Accounting & Compliance: Oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation (GST, <br /> TDS), and statutory compliance. <br /> ● Revenue & Cost Optimization: Monitor marketing spends, optimize operational costs, <br /> and improve profitability. <br /> ● Cash Flow & Working Capital: Manage cash flow, inventory financing, and payment <br /> reconciliations. <br /> ● Fundraising & Investor Relations (if applicable): Support financial projections, due <br /> diligence, and investor reporting. <br /> ● Tools & Technology: Work with ERP/accounting tools (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) <br /> and digital payment platforms (Shopify, Razorpay, PayU). <br /> ● Skill Sets  <br /> Qualifications:  <br /> ● CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. <br /> ● Experience in finance roles (preferably in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or retail). <br /> ● Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, and compliance. <br /> ● Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling. <br /> ● Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Razorpay, Logistics, and digital <br /> payment reconciliation is a plus. <br /> ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. <br /> ● Experience with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and operational software (e.g., <br /> SAP, Oracle, Shopify, etc.). <br /> ● Be a part of Earthful’s Family!
