About the role  
As the Finance  Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, 
ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing timely and accurate financial data. You will 
handle everything from day-to-day accounting operations to strategic financial planning, 
supporting business growth and profitability. 
Location: Full-time, on-site position, Hyderabad HQ Office  
Responsibilities  
● Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop budgets, forecasts, and track key 
financial metrics like CAC, LTV, and gross margins. 
● Accounting & Compliance: Oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation (GST, 
TDS), and statutory compliance. 
● Revenue & Cost Optimization: Monitor marketing spends, optimize operational costs, 
and improve profitability. 
● Cash Flow & Working Capital: Manage cash flow, inventory financing, and payment 
reconciliations. 
● Fundraising & Investor Relations (if applicable): Support financial projections, due 
diligence, and investor reporting. 
● Tools & Technology: Work with ERP/accounting tools (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) 
and digital payment platforms (Shopify, Razorpay, PayU). 
● Skill Sets  
Qualifications:  
● CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. 
● Experience in finance roles (preferably in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or retail). 
● Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, and compliance. 
● Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling. 
● Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Razorpay, Logistics, and digital 
payment reconciliation is a plus. 
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
● Experience with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and operational software (e.g., 
SAP, Oracle, Shopify, etc.).
