- Have enough people & make sure they are available
- Ensure good training
- Sourcing team, training, field operations (ensuring attendance & other field issues), control tower tracks all the matrix
- Someone who can lead these altogether

- Guy from Rapido didn't work on intent, 2nd was from Superdaily who was a warehouse manager, 3rd Sahil from UC had good ideas but couldn't solve scale
- Someone who is coming to build & not just exploring
- Someone who is aligned with the idea
- Empathize with the blue collared woman work force
- Someone who is all in to role up their sleeves
- Someone who is not shying away to deal with issues
- Need someone high on rigor
- Analytical,understand,ops understand
- Will work with autonomy
