Job Summary

The Performance Marketing Associate will be responsible for executing hands-on marketing strategies across Meta and Google Ads. The primary focus will be on retargeting strategies aimed at converting lapsed free-trial users into paid subscribers while understanding the distinct behaviors of different audience segments. This role is execution-heavy and offers exposure to full-funnel performance and WhatsApp-led growth.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution (Meta & Google)

    • Run and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns for trial sign-ups.
    • Retarget lapsed users effectively.
    • Support Click-to-Website (CTW) campaigns for prospecting.
    • Facilitate Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) campaigns for retargeting and nurturing.
    • Test creatives tailored for 45+ audiences, focusing on clear copy, real testimonials, and simple visuals.
  • Win-Back & Remarketing Support

    • Assist in building remarketing audiences from free-trial users and low-engagement cohorts.
    • Execute WhatsApp-led retargeting campaigns with guidance.
    • Conduct tests on messaging, timing, and offers to ensure they are value-led rather than pushy.
  • Measurement & Reporting

    • Maintain hygiene for UTMs, pixel/CAPI tracking, and campaign naming conventions.
    • Publish weekly performance updates detailing what campaigns ran, their effectiveness, and areas of improvement.
    • Track early lead quality signals such as attendance and engagement where applicable.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration

    • Collaborate with brand and content teams for ad creatives.
    • Work with product and operations teams to smoothen the trial-to-paid conversion journey.
    • Identify insights from ads that could enhance messaging, onboarding, or offers.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads.
  • Understanding of basic performance concepts: Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and cohort analysis.
  • Curiosity about WhatsApp-led funnels and older audience segmentation.
  • Proficiency in conducting experiments and deriving insights from data.
  • Ability to work independently while communicating learnings effectively.
  • Adaptability to work within constraints and solve problems creatively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with subscription models, online courses, or community products.
  • Familiarity with Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) or WhatsApp Business tools.
  • Experience targeting Indian audiences aged 35+ or 45+.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, specifically within Meta and Google platforms.

Environment

  • Work setup is in-office, located in Sector 43, Gurugram, with a 5-day workweek.
