Job Summary
Lucidity is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Enterprise Sales Development Representative (BDR) to support sales in the UK, EU, and EMEA region. This integral role is focused on identifying and creating new qualified opportunities within target Enterprise and upper Mid-Market accounts, ultimately helping to drive the company's aggressive growth plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous research on accounts to build an effective outreach cadence.
- Identify champions and key stakeholders within target accounts.
- Generate qualified opportunities through emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Develop creative emails and content to engage prospects.
- Initiate conversations and set up meetings and demos with relevant profiles.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and update records consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) experience as an individual contributor in the enterprise market.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability; capable of working independently with minimal direction.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong hunter mentality.
- A learning mindset and positive attitude suitable for thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a remote working environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Experience within the UK/EU enterprise market.
- Knowledge of cloud storage solutions and their impact on businesses.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in an SDR/BDR role focused on enterprise accounts.
