Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails (RoR) Developer to contribute independently to our projects. This role will involve working extensively with JavaScript and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective implementation of software solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
• Troubleshoot, debug applications and perform peer code reviews.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development with a focus on Ruby on Rails.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern JS frameworks.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Understanding of database systems such as SQL or NoSQL.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of deployment tools and CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Ruby on Rails developer.

Environment

• Positions are available in Bangalore, Pune, and Noida.
