The company serves clients in over 50 languages.<br /> Location<br /> Our Director, Enterprise Applications can be based out of Delhi-NCR.<br /> The Opportunity<br /> As the Director of Enterprise Applications at TELUS Digital, you will lead and shape our<br /> Enterprise Applications practice. In this role, you will oversee Enterprise Applications strategy<br /> development, practice growth, and the delivery of large-scale, high-impact projects.<br /> The priority areas would include<br /> • SAP,<br /> • Salesforce<br /> • Telco products - Amdocs and Netcracker<br /> • BI Products.<br /> The service includes the entire spectrum from<br /> • Consulting and Advisory: Strategic planning, roadmap development, business process<br /> optimization.<br /> • Implementation and Deployment: Installing, configuring, and rolling out new applications.<br /> • Integration Services: Ensuring seamless communication between different applications.<br /> • Managed Services: Ongoing support, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of<br /> applications.<br /> This high-visibility role calls for a strategic visionary with deep expertise in the following areas<br /> with strong business acumen, and a track record of delivering value in complex environments.<br /> • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) : With strong experience on SAP.<br /> • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): with experience in Enterprise Applications.<br /> • Integration Platforms (Middleware): Connecting disparate applications and systems across the<br /> enterprise.<br /> ◦ API management, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), data integration.<br /> • Low-Code/No-Code Platforms: Enabling rapid application development and citizen<br /> development for specific business needs.<br /> • Business Intelligence (BI) & Data Analytics: Tools and platforms for data warehousing,<br /> reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making.<br /> • Application Modernization: Migrating legacy applications to modern platforms, refactoring, or<br /> re-architecting them for cloud environments or newer technologies.<br /> Industry Knowledge:<br /> • Extensive understanding of Enterprise Application technologies and their applications across<br /> industries, including telecom, healthcare, and financial services..<br /> • Familiarity with the ecosystem, including industry solutions, integration patterns, and best<br /> practices for transformation.<br /> • Knowledge of industry trends in CRM, customer experience, and digital engagement.<br /> Responsibilities<br /> • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision for TELUS Digital’s Enterprise<br /> Applications practice, positioning it as a leader in digital customer engagement and<br /> delivery excellence. Scale offerings that align with emerging Enterprise Applications<br /> capabilities and market trends.<br /> • Practice Management and Expansion: Scale and evolve the Enterprise Applications<br /> practice, developing frameworks, methodologies, and accelerators that enable swift and<br /> effective delivery. Drive growth by expanding TELUS Digital’s Enterprise Applications<br /> capabilities and service portfolio.<br /> • Offering Development: Create market aligned offerings working with the Sales and larger<br /> practice ecosystem. The Offerings need to be conceptualised from sales to delivery.<br /> • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain executive relationships with key<br /> clients, serving as a trusted advisor to drive value and client satisfaction. Ensure that<br /> Enterprise Applications solutions integrate seamlessly with clients' business strategies.<br /> • Business Development: Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify new<br /> opportunities for Enterprise Applications solutions. Guide proposal development and lead<br /> pursuits that align with TELUS Digital’s vision and growth goals.<br /> • Service Delivery Ownership: Lead the successful execution of large-scale Enterprise<br /> Applications implementations/ Oversee multi-disciplinary teams to ensure projects meet<br /> client expectations and maintain the highest standards of quality.<br /> • Enterprise Applications Solution Expertise: Lead the development of advanced capabilities<br /> in Solutioning for various applications. Build/nurture a strong team of architects.<br /> • Technical Delivery Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of complex<br /> Enterprise Applications solutions, ensuring best practices in configuring and customizing<br /> applications, as well as integrating third-party applications and tools.<br /> • Financial Management: Manage the Enterprise Applications practice’s P&L, ensuring<br /> sustainable growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.<br /> • Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing team of Enterprise Applications experts,<br /> fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-centricity. Mentor and develop<br /> team members, supporting career growth and technical excellence.<br /> • Innovation and Process Improvement: Introduce innovative tools and methodologies to<br /> improve delivery efficiency, quality, and value. Stay at the forefront of Enterprise<br /> Applications advancements to integrate emerging solutions and features into our<br /> offerings.<br /> • Partnership with OEM’s and Analysts: develop partnership with OEM’s and analysts.<br /> Competencies<br /> Experience:<br /> • 15+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role within a top consulting firm or enterprise<br /> environment, focusing on Enterprise Applications consulting and implementation.<br /> • Proven expertise in SAP and other enterprise applications including Salesforce from a CRM<br /> perspective.<br /> • In-depth knowledge and experience in implementation of SAP and other CRM/BI solutions at<br /> an enterprise level.<br /> • Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects in complex, global environments.<br /> • Experience leading a large practice, managing end-to-end implementation lifecycle, and<br /> overseeing P&L responsibilities.<br /> • Strong client engagement and relationship management skills, with experience advising Clevel<br /> stakeholders on enterprise application strategies.<br /> Leadership Competencies:<br /> • Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead diverse teams, driving high performance and results.<br /> • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, able to balance visionary thinking with<br /> pragmatic execution.<br /> • Exceptional business acumen with experience in managing P&L and driving profitable growth<br /> in a consulting environment.<br /> Communication and Collaboration:<br /> • Outstanding communicator with experience presenting to senior executives and managing<br /> stakeholder expectations.<br /> • Skilled collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless<br /> Salesforce solutions that complement TELUS Digital’s broader offerings.
