Job Location: Mumbai (On-site)<br /> Roles and Responsibilities:<br />

• Hands-on development: analyse product specifications, design implementations,<br /> write code and rapidly deliver features<br />
• Mentor and hire a team of Software engineers and lead end-to-end development for<br /> large-scale applications<br />
• Work closely with various business stakeholders, product management, business to<br /> deliver products<br />
• Define and manage Technical Roadmap, own the entire product delivery end to end.<br />
• Drive high-level architectural decisions and designs based on business priorities and<br /> requirement.<br />
• Owning all engineering aspects of e-commerce channels (web and mobile)<br /> What you need:<br />
• 2+ years of experience as Director of Engineering<br />
• 8+ years of overall experience<br />
• Experience of having delivered 0 to 1 project, developing tech architecture for<br /> multichannel/omni-channel<br /> Good to haves:<br />
