1. Business Partnership & Financial Advisory <br /> • Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategy into financial plans. <br /> • Provide financial insights to support key decisions, investments, and <br /> operational performance. <br /> • Act as a financial consultant to departments on budgeting, forecasting, and <br /> resource allocation. <br />
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) <br /> • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes. <br /> • Analyze performance vs. budget and deliver variance reports with <br /> commentary. <br /> • Build dynamic financial models and scenario analyses for business growth <br /> opportunities. <br />
3. Revenue, Cost, and Profitability Management <br /> • Track and analyze product-wise, region-wise, or service-line profitability. <br /> • Recommend pricing strategies, margin improvements, and cost-saving <br /> initiatives. <br /> • Monitor working capital metrics and cash flows to support business <br /> operations. <br />
4. Budgeting & Forecasting <br /> • Drive the annual operating budget process in collaboration with <br /> department heads. <br /> • Prepare consolidated budgets with performance KPIs and targets. <br /> • Monitor spend against budgets, ensuring fiscal discipline. <br />
5. Reporting & MIS <br /> • Develop timely and accurate management dashboards and performance <br /> scorecards. <br /> • Deliver actionable reports to track KPIs such as sales, margins, cost ratios, <br /> etc. <br /> • Standardize and automate financial reporting processes across business <br /> units. <br />
6. Compliance & Risk Monitoring <br /> • Ensure financial practices align with internal controls and regulatory <br /> standards. <br /> • Assist in audits and support adherence to company policies and statutory <br /> requirements. <br />
7. Cross-functional Collaboration <br /> • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and HR teams on key <br /> business initiatives. <br /> • Support business expansion, market entry, and new product launches with <br /> financial impact analysis. <br />
8. Team Support and Development <br /> • Mentor and support junior finance analysts or business associates. <br /> • Promote financial literacy and accountability across business units. <br /> Key Requirements: <br /> • CA / MBA Finance / CMA or equivalent degree. <br /> • 5–8 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or corporate finance <br /> roles. <br /> • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset. <br /> • Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and <br /> modeling. <br /> • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial ERP systems (SAP, <br /> Oracle, etc.). <br /> • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
