Job Summary
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects by overseeing various aspects of project planning, design, and execution. This position involves coordinating with consultants and vendors, preparing project estimates, and providing strategic inputs throughout different stages of project development.
Responsibilities

Project Massing:
- Understand the feasibility of the project in terms of built-up area and saleable area during the Due Diligence (TDD) stage.
- Prepare a rough estimate for the project including Floor Space Index (FSI), number of towers, height, and other specifications for Costing & Budgeting estimation.
- Prepare and send Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Consultant Recommendations and Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with consultants for queries and translate design philosophy into project briefs.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and consultants by liaising with the accounts team.

Project Designing:
- Collaborate with the leasing team to understand the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and pricing of the project.
- Coordinate with architects for design briefs at various project stages (concept, schematic, Gross Floor Area (GFA), and Good for Construction (GFC)).
- Work closely with structural and civil design teams to ensure alignment among all project elements.
- Provide inputs on vetting various design briefs and suggest improvements aligning with company expectations.
Qualifications
- Educational: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Strong project management skills with an emphasis on design and execution.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze and assess project feasibility.
- Knowledge of budgeting, costing, and financial planning related to construction projects.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams.
- Additional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or architecture industry is preferred.
