The Software Development Engineer 2 will play a crucial role in operational and functional support, focusing on ticket handling, monitoring, and problem management. Responsibilities

• Handle customer tickets and escalations efficiently to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Proficient in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices.
• Experience with monitoring tools and support systems.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python, including Python scripting.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills for effective investigation and analysis.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
