About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Brand Manager with strong F&B industry experience.

The role requires hands-on expertise in ATL & BTL marketing, consumer promotions, events, and on-ground

activations to drive brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives

Conceptualize and manage on-ground promotions, events, and activations across cities

Work closely with creative, media, and external agencies for campaign execution

Drive store-level marketing initiatives to increase footfalls and sales

Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines efficiently

Track campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize future initiatives

Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints

Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, operations, and leadership teams

Qualifications:

3+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in F&B / QSR / FMCG

Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, events, and consumer promotions

Proven experience in managing agencies and vendors

Highly execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
