About EdCalibre: EdCalibre is an innovative EdTech startup on a mission to make Math engaging, meaningful, and rooted in real-world stories for students in grades 6–10. Our platform enables students to experience Math through fun, story-based challenges and practical applications, boosting both retention and grades.
Role Overview: We are looking for a confident and articulate Telecalling & Outreach person, who can effectively communicate with school principals, academic coordinators, and decision-makers to introduce EdCalibre’s offerings—especially our upcoming story-based Math tournament. Your primary goal will be to generate interest, set up product demos, and schedule meetings for our sales team.
Responsibilities:

Call schools across India to introduce EdCalibre and our Math tournament.

Speak directly with principals, coordinators, and other decision-makers.

Set up appointments and demos for the EdCalibre core team.

Maintain call logs, follow-up schedules, and prospect records.

Update CRM or shared databases regularly with progress reports.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align messaging.

Assist in drafting follow-up emails or WhatsApp messages post-call.

Share feedback and common objections from schools to help refine outreach strategy.
Qualifications:

Strong spoken and written communication skills in English (and Hindi is a plus).

Confident phone presence and ability to engage senior education stakeholders.

Organized, persistent, and result-oriented.

Ability to work independently and manage daily calling goals.

Interest in education and EdTech is a strong plus.
Preferred (but not required):

Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or school outreach.

Familiarity with school systems, academic calendars, and decision-making hierarchies.
Contract Duration: 3 months with 1 month probation
