Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
● Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
● Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
● Promotes optimum staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
● Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances, PNL management
● Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements.
● Achieve sales targets and store profitability goals. Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
● Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts, Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities, determining additional needed sales promotion, and authorizing clearance sales.
● Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.
● Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
● Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
● Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
● Leads operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program procedures.
● Ensure products are well-stocked and properly labeled. Monitor and control inventory levels to reduce waste and loss.
