Role Overview We are looking for a highly proactive and data-driven Business Associate to support our leadership team, particularly acting as a right hand to the Chief of Staff. This role requires someone who is very strong with data and communication, and who enjoys working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities ● Coordinate across teams and stakeholders efficiently ● Extract, clean, and summarize primary data for actionable insights ● Assist in key decision-making by presenting clear data summaries and reports ● Support the Chief of Staff in tracking projects, timelines, and operational activities ● ● Support Chief of staff in summarizing departmental processes, automated sop’s for data recording and storage. Frequent follow ups on the system established and reduction in manual intervention. ● Handle vendor communication and negotiation when required ● Own routine reporting, documentation, and follow-up with a cross functional team. ● Ensure brand-aligned communication both internally and externally ● Present findings in a clear, concise, and insightful manner Required Skills & Qualifications ● Very good with data and communication ● Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including dashboards and advanced formulas ● Advanced and proficient knowledge of AI tools and their usage tools like SQL and Power BI ,Chat GPT 4.0 ,Grok, perplexity, co-pilot, similar AI tools (good to have) ● Analytical mindset with attention to detail ● Strong organizational and interpersonal skills ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field preferred ● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment Why Join Us?
