Job Summary

The Salesforce Developer/Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance the organization's operations. This position requires a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and will involve integrating Salesforce with other applications while leveraging experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce by utilizing middleware like Informatica and custom REST/SOAP web services for various functionalities.
• Design and manage Salesforce architecture to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Write and maintain detailed documentation on Salesforce configurations, architecture, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Working experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ (Pardot), and Field Service Lightning.
  • Proficient in Apex coding, including test classes, triggers, and standard Apex classes utilizing Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Experience with batch processing and future calls in Salesforce.
  • Strong competencies in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flow-based UI developments.
• Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
  • Salesforce Certified Sales and Service certifications.
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ (Pardot) and FSL certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and architectural understanding.
• Knowledge of Lightning Aura for UI developments.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Experience

• 7 to 10 years of software development experience, with live experiences on CPQ, Field Service Lightning, Sales, and Service Clouds.
• Proven track record in writing Lightning components, Apex classes, and triggers.
• Strong expertise in integrating Salesforce with other platforms via REST/SOAP web services.
• Demonstrated experience with real-time web calls, batch apex, and future calls.

Environment

• Work Location: Remote.
• Contract Duration: Minimum of 6 months, extendable.
• Shift Timing: 2 PM - 11 PM IST.

Salary

• Budgeted at 1.8 L + GST.
