Job Description
Creating, implementing, and optimising Google ad network campaigns, including but not
<p> </p> limited to search, display, video, in-stream, affiliate network, discovery feed & PMax for <p> </p> B2C lead generation. <p> </p> ● Managing location-wise campaigns, researching, adding & negating search keywords, <p> </p> setting up prospecting & remarketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and <p> </p> optimising campaigns to maximize RoAS and improve lead quality. <p> </p> ● Owning & managing the paid marketing funnel through Google networks on Hubspot & <p> </p> Google Analytics 4. <p> </p> ● Implement new trends, and integrate available generative AI tools for better downstream <p> </p> funnel metrics. <p> </p> ● Run A/B tests & landing page heatmaps for better click-through rates and brief <p> </p> agency/in-house content & creative teams <p> </p> ● Run multiple bidding strategies, interest targeting, custom list creation, positioning, and <p> </p> lead generation tactics to find the optimum fit to get high-intent customers as leads. <p> </p> ● Maintain weekly performance reports, present insights to stakeholders and optimise <p> </p> campaigns based on business needs at different locations & offers and forecast trends <p> </p> as per macro and platform level events. <p> </p> ● Maintain high ad quality score, impression shares etc. other secondary metrics <p> </p> ● Synced up with other performance marketing managers & agencies to maintain <p> </p> consistency in offerings, brand positioning and messaging. <p> </p> ● Managing agency relationships and aligning multiple agency teams based in different <p> </p> locations. <p> </p> ● Maintain & verify billing, agreements & other administrative tasks on Google ad <p> </p> accounts.<br />
