Job Summary

This position is focused on utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud solutions. The successful candidate will work on creating robust, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures that support business objectives. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of cloud applications, address performance issues, and implement best practices for infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage AWS-based infrastructure solutions ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Monitor and optimize cloud performance, including managing costs and maintaining security compliance.
• Automate processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and scripting to expedite deployments and streamline operations.
• Troubleshoot issues in the cloud environment and work collaboratively with development teams to resolve them.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AWS solutions, processes, and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest AWS services and best practices to continuously improve our cloud architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and VPC, among others.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., AWS CloudFormation, Terraform) and automation scripting.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) in an AWS environment.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps culture.

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in AWS environments, with hands-on experience in managing and deploying cloud infrastructures.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires adaptability and continuous learning.
