Job Summary

The Quality Analyst/ Trainee plays a critical role in ensuring that every sales call achieves high standards of quality, compliance, and effectiveness. This position is performance and learning-focused, aimed at identifying gaps in sales conversations and improving conversion outcomes through structured audits and constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Evaluate calls using Quality Assurance (QA) scorecards, focusing on pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Identify and document quality gaps impacting conversion rates.
• Provide actionable feedback to sales agents and team leaders to enhance performance.
• Conduct calibration sessions to standardize quality benchmarks across the team.
• Maintain detailed audit records and QA trackers for performance assessment.
• Track agent-level improvements following feedback implementation.
• Ensure compliance with established scripts and sales processes.
• Analyze trends to highlight recurring errors for continuous improvement.
• Compile and publish QA reports and dashboards for management insight.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years in Quality Assurance, call center quality assessment, or inside sales.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and listening abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and call monitoring tools.
  • Prior experience in sales quality assurance processes.
• Education: Relevant educational background in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies.
• Experience in coaching or training within a sales environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their application in sales processes.

Experience

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, call monitoring, or inside sales to qualify for this role.
