Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Brand Marketing to support the development and execution of the brand’s marketing strategy. This role involves working across various aspects of brand building, campaigns, consumer insights, content, and cross-functional execution to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies and campaigns in alignment with business objectives.
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, retail, and other relevant channels.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, media, social, and external agency partners to deliver effective campaigns.
- Develop a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Contribute to brand positioning, communication, messaging, and overall brand identity.
- Utilize consumer and campaign insights to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales, product, e-commerce, and other internal teams for seamless execution.
- Support brand launches, activations, partnerships, and other initiatives.
- Ensure consistency of brand communication across all consumer touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably within a consumer-facing business.
- Experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer), FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), consumer brands, or high-growth businesses is preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand building, consumer marketing, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with creative teams and translate business objectives into compelling consumer communication.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing and consumer data.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Candidates with experience in D2C brands or emerging consumer brands that have been scaled under larger traditional FMCG organizations are preferred, as they bring exposure to both high-growth environments and structured brand-building practices.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, particularly within D2C or FMCG sectors.
Environment
The work location is Thane, and the role may involve a blend of in-office and remote work settings, depending on company policies.
