We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to lead our human resource functions and streamline processes.</b></p> <h3 dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-17e63e8b-7fff-d5dd-ecb2-b94807fc857d">Key Responsibilities</b></h3> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-17e63e8b-7fff-d5dd-ecb2-b94807fc857d">Blue Collar Hiring &ndash; Efficiently recruit and onboard blue-collar workforce as per company requirements.<br /> Vendor Management &ndash; Liaise with recruitment agencies and third-party vendors to optimize hiring and HR services.<br /> Negotiation &amp; Compliance &ndash; Handle salary negotiations, contracts, and compliance with labor laws.<br /> Onboarding &amp; Training &ndash; Manage seamless onboarding processes and develop training programs for employees.<br /> HRMS Management &ndash; Maintain and utilize HRMS software (preferably KeKa) for payroll, attendance, and employee records.<br /> Grievance Handling &ndash; Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement an effective escalation matrix.<br /> Employee Engagement &amp; Retention &ndash; Foster a positive work environment and drive employee motivation.</b></p>
