Job Description
| Engineering Ops |
| MIS, Reporting and Analytics - define, standardize, and publish dashboards on delivery, velocity, quality, and capacity across all squads |
| Backlog, Delivery and Prioritisation - Work with Product and Engineering leads to run a robust intake and prioritisation process for customer asks, tech debt, and strategic initiatives |
| JIRA Ownership and Governance - Own JIRA configuration, workflows, boards, and fields to ensure they reflect the agreed delivery methodology (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid). |
| Process Excellence and Methodology - Define, document, and continuously refine engineering delivery processes (ceremonies, release cycles, change management, incident handling). |
| Cross-Functional Alignment and Stakeholder Management - works with customer success |
