Job Summary

The Gen AI React + Node role focuses on designing and delivering innovative AI-first product features. This position is critical in enhancing user experiences through advanced AI capabilities and seamless integration of products.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI-first product features such as contract summarization, semantic search, guided workflows, and benchmarking insights.
• Integrate and orchestrate large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Mistral into product workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom orchestration.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and embedding-based search utilizing vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
• Prototype and iterate rapidly, experimenting with prompts, models, and workflows to optimize user-facing outcomes.
• Contribute across the stack using Python for AI workflows and React + NestJS for seamless product integration.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in software development with a focus on AI and web technologies.
• Proficiency in Python for AI workflows.
• Strong skills in React and NestJS for frontend development.
• Experience in integrating large language models (LLMs) and AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings.
• Ability to prototype and rapidly iterate on product features.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines and techniques for semantic search.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

Experience

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in software development, focusing on AI-driven applications and web technologies.
