🥊 Founders’ Office (Sales / Strategy / GTM)

You’ll shadow the CEO, pitch CXOs, ship fast, and build from the trenches. In 6 months, if you’ve earned it, you’ll run the India business — deals, ops, and/or expansion, your call.
No playbook. No fluff. Just reps, risk, and real outcomes.

We’re building the vertical data infrastructure for construction sites. Starting with data collection (using helmet mounted 360cameras), we’re building an AI-native project management software that accounts for data collection as well as data interoperability using computer vision and LLMs. We’re starting with QA/QC related workflows, and looking to expand into adjacent scopes fast.Â

 🔥 Why We’re Hiring This Role
- The pipeline’s outrunning the founders — GTM tests, follow-ups, and sales ops keep stacking up. US and India GTM cannot be done simultaneously by the same person.
- We need a hands-on operator who can sell, analyze, and build systems without waiting for instructions.
- Minimal playbooks available here: high ambiguity, high stakes. Creativity and bias for action beat process every time.
 💼 What You’ll Own
- Run the full sales cycle on at least three enterprise deals (discovery → proposal → close → renewal).
- Create and refine pitch materials that help us win those deals.
- Prep for ten CXO meetings per quarter with solid research and briefing docs.
- Land and grow key Indian accounts—you’ll be their main point of contact.
- Test outbound ideas until we hit ≥ 10 % first-call conversion and share the numbers.
- Lead short, cross-functional projects that pull in sales, content, and ops when needed.
- Find the top three ops bottlenecks in your first 90 days, fix them, and write up the playbook.
- Handle enterprise marketing efforts as and when needed (you own the what and how).

 🎯 What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- Own and close atleast 1 enterprise deal end-to-end
- Launch 2 outbound playbooks with measurable ROI
- Overhaul at least 1 internal system (CRM, sales process, onboarding, etc.)
- Become the founders’ trusted thought partner — not just a task executor
 📈 Growth Path
If you deliver outcomes, you’ll lead a region/vertical in 6 months. Sales, GTM, or regional ops — your call.
If not, this isn’t the place for you.

- You’ve directly closed > ₹50L in B2B deals or built the GTM motion from scratch.
