We are a funded startup and backed up RPSG Ventures.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>About the Role<br /> We are looking for a content creation manager with 3-4 years&rsquo; experience in content creation for performance<br /> marketing ads. A good candidate will be able to strategize, conceptualize, create and analyze the performance of<br /> content that will be created to drive traffic to our website to garner sales. The work involved includes (but it not limited<br /> to) strategizing the kind of creatives needed and the core messaging, making a monthly calendar for the creatives,<br /> working with internal teams and external agencies to get the creatives executed and analyze the performance of the<br /> creatives.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Responsibilities<br /> &bull; Work with the performance marketing team to determine the demand for creatives and ensure there is not<br /> shortage.<br /> &bull; Conceptualize and execute monthly performance marketing creatives (video&rsquo;s, carousels, statics, emails,<br /> whatsapp) with the objective being to drive traffic to the website and garner sales.<br /> &bull; Write detailed briefs for the creatives.<br /> &bull; Work with internal team members and external vendors to get the creatives executed.<br /> &bull; Analyze the performance of the creatives so as to continuously improve<br /> &bull; Stay on top of trends as well as learn from other brands creatives.</div> <div><br /> Skills we are looking for<br /> Must Haves:<br /> &bull; Content creation experience of 3 to 4 years.<br /> &bull; Must have worked in a new age (D2C brand) for a minimum of 2 years.<br /> &bull; Ability to strategize and execute a monthly performance marketing creative calendar.
