Job Summary

The Associate Director - Product Owner will support a group of products within the Commercial Strategy portfolio. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products reach the individuals who need them, contributing directly to the organization’s ambitious goals. The position offers an excellent opportunity for career progression by leading all key Product Management activities within the product delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global product roadmap, shaping a vision and key measures to monitor its success.
  • Conduct user research to identify the biggest user pain points and generate/evaluate ideas to address them.
  • Analyze market and technology trends, distilling core learnings and bringing the best opportunities and ideas back into the team.
  • Effectively communicate the product vision and the value of each idea or feature to the Product team.
  • Set expectations, resolve conflicts, and prioritize based on customer value to ensure the most valuable work is shipped by product teams.
  • Measure the impact of all new work shipped and help to close the learning loop.
  • Communicate progress, learnings, and the vision (roadmap) for the product to all interested parties, including senior leaders, while being transparent about priorities and timelines.
  • Continually review product performance, including customer satisfaction measurements, and take ownership of findings to resolve challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, particularly in a commercial strategy context.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and technology trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey product vision and value.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Experience in conducting user research and translating findings into actionable product improvements.
  • Familiarity with product performance measurement and customer satisfaction metrics.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with digital and AI-enabled products.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks.
  • Familiarity with tools for product management and user research.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field.

Salary

  • Estimated salary range: ₹8,500,000
