Job Description
Develop and implement end-to-end brand strategy that reflects the company’s vision, values, impact priorities and business objectives, ensuring we stand out in a crowded market. • Define what the brand stands for—its value, positioning, and edge over the others through brand stories and messaging that emotionally connects with our audience/stakeholders and reflects who we are. • Implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, platforms including Website, App, Communication Channels and Social Media. • Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, traditional media, and experiential marketing. • Constantly track market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor moves to shape brand decisions that boosts awareness, engagement, and loyalty. • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats. • Develop deep understanding of customers concerns, aspirations, stress, happiness and bring insight that guides the brand to create communication and solutions that resonates with them • Serve as the brand’s biggest advocate—both inside the company and out and bring the brand to life across the organization, ensuring our story is consistently told in every interaction, touchpoint, and initiative • Manage and oversee brand performance metrics, use data-driven insights for improvement and excellence • Develop and hold the brand priorities and strategies across employees, investors, f inancial institutions, regulators, in addition to the customers • Collaborate with creative agencies and other external partners to bring brand strategies to life. • Manage the brands marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient allocation of resources. • Mentorship and guidance for junior brand strategists.
